Our Truckload Program is designed for companies that need dedicated use of equipment. We offer this service for larger shipments and when back end requirements, such as meeting an installation crew, make it necessary to just “buy the truck”. Our Truckload Multiple Stop Program is utilized by companies that have the ability to consolidate their LTL shipments into one truckload for delivery into concentrated geographical areas. Safeway Moving System has developed a computerized load planning system that can be utilized by our customers. Both programs offer 48-state access for pick-ups and deliveries. The customer, in conjunction with our operations personnel, determines the schedule for pick-up and delivery. Professionally trained and uniformed drivers deliver the product on 100% air-ride equipment. The charges for the line-haul portion is based on a per mile rate. All other accessorial services, such as stop charges, drop trailers, driver assist, etc., are billed on a per occurrence basis. Less-Than-Truckload Programs
Safeway Moving System offers a variety of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) programs, both blanket wrapped and cartoned, designed to fit the individual needs of our customers. Whatever program is utilized, we can guarantee that your product will be delivered in a timely, cost-effective and damage free manner. Regional Distribution Center Programs
Our Regional Distribution Center Program is the result of the furniture, fixtures and equipment industries need for product consolidation, assembly, delivery and installation. This program utilizes a national network of regional distribution centers with highly skilled warehouse and delivery personnel that provide each customer with on-site installation and training services. Two professionally trained and uniformed drivers deliver your product on 100% air-ride equipment, with lift-gates. Our service schedule is based on zip code and volume. The cost of this program is determined by the services required at the point of consolidation (uncrating, assembly, storage, etc.) and the services required during the on-site delivery (inside delivery, assembly, set-up, training, etc.). International and Custom Programs
