Over the past 45 years you have called on us to move your instrument on one or more occasions. In early 2007 we expanded our business from simple repairs to include minor rebuilds.

I know many of you have family instruments that may be in need of a tune-up. Whether it is action work, restringing, cabinet work, a complete refinish, a minor rebuild, or just a good cleaning and tune-up from years of wear and use.

This is one of the most important steps an owner can take in order to insure that they are protecting their investment in an instrument. In the course of our evaluation process, the piano is looked over closely for its’ current condition, and its’ potential for restoration. Components given great attention include: The Soundboard, Plate, Action and Damper system, Pin-block and Belly, Pedals and Trap-work, and finally, the Finish of the instrument. Based on these examinations, a rough estimate of the instruments’ current retail and wholesale value are determined, as well as the costs for restoring the instrument to the highest level of the customers’ expectations.
